Dear Samsung,
I thought I'll bring it to your attention since i am a very loyal customer and will have my concerns heared here as your in store staff is totally unprofessional and helpful.
I have owned samsung devices from s7 till s22 plus. From tv to vaccum cleaners. Never had issues except for 1 product being Samsung note 10.
The back cover has started to come off just after warranty ended maybe couple of months after its expended. Went to samsung store to lodge a case where i was told i will have to pay for it to be sent to a samsung repairer. Even though it looks like a manufacturer fault where the back cover is loosing its stickiness and is coming off. To pay for it to be even looked at by a samsung repairer seems unreasonable. Hoping it can be resolved by someone. As i guess customer service is something that is at the heart of what samsung does. I have an s7 which is so old and is still working fine. But note 10 bought 2 years ago has a fault. I don't think i should be charged to have it repaired by samsung.
