Hello. I just experienced audio problems with my Note 10 Lite. The problem is: the speaker has no audio, but when I insert an earphone, the audio plays fine. I then later noticed that there is a "Playing on Headphones" tag on spotify. So I closed spotify but it looks to be affecting youtube, FB and messenger vids. For sure this is not an Audio Jack problem as the audio plays fine when I insert a headset/ear plugs to the audio Jack. Could this be a system glitch? Please advice as rebooting did not really help

P.S: my note 10 is updated ti the latest software version as it says "Software is Up To Date". Reseting all settings did not help either.

Update: speaker works fine when playing the ringtones in "sounds and notifications" page in the settings app. It seems to be affecting only apps.

Have you checked if there are debris inside the headphone jack? Try cleaning it with Q-tip (remove most of the cotton)

I have put that in mind but what's really weird is the phone speaker works totally fine when playing the notif sounds for the alarm and it's very loud. I just noticed that it only affects apps

Alarm and notifications can still play on speakers even when headphone jack is connected.
