Hi guys,why after update to one ui 3.1,my s pen cannot connect air action??i am using note 10 plus

Try clearing system's cache after every updates, it should clear your problem. It should clear your problem unless it's a bug that affects all other note 10+.

* Anyone facing any weird issues after any updates should always first try to clear your system's cache (in fact it's advisable to clear the cache after every update).

Nope, it won't clear your data unless you selected the wrong option at the menu.

I have the same problem with you. The battery in spen spoiled. You may consider to purchase a new spen but not worth if you seldom use.
