NOTE 10+ S PEN cant connect

S pen still cannot connect. Tried resetting it multiple times already, local stores doesn't know what to do. I tried scanning it using my phone but it says "could not connect". I could write using the pen but all the air actions seemed to be disabled.

Haven't dropped it in any way. I took good care of the whole device but still.

Anyone who has the same problem? If you guys have some solution to this one year old problem please do tell. Thank you so much

You can clear the Air Command App cache and data by following the steps below:

A) But first, please check how to update your mobile device's software in the following order.

Step 1. Go to Settings > Software update.
Step 2. Tap on Download and install.
Step 3. Follow the on-screen instructions.

B) Clear the Air Command App Cache and Data.

Settings > App Info > Search and select Air Command > Storage > Clear Cache/Data
