This also happened to my Note 20 Ultra. 😔 I suggest bringing it to the nearest authorized Samsung Service Center.

I believe they offer free repair but depending on branch. I've read that they do it on MoA. 😊

Currently my Note 20 Ultra is my side phone. But still not giving up on it. 😊

Samsung Galaxy Note 20 Ultra green lines issue

Out of sudden today, when I turn on my phone there Is a thin vertical line in the middle of my display.


A vertical green line appear on my Note 20 Ultra. My phone did not drop or submerged in water. It just suddenly appeared today.

I try restarting the phone several time. Still, green line still there. I have the lateat update in my phone .

I cannot get rid of it, I don't know what i do. My phone is only 2 years and such problem occur.

I am from Dhaka Bangladesh, purchased this phone from Amazon USA through by elder brother.

Samsung should look into it and resolve the issue

They have a local presence in Dhaka & they may kindly contact me to replace the display.

For me, best option is trade-in and buy new Samsung phone with Snapdragon chipset. I think S23 Series is the best 🤞

Submit an error report through Samsung Members app as follows:

 

Step 1. Long press Samsung Members icon on Apps screen and tap Error reports.

Step 2. Tap OK on agreement popup to send system log data.

Step 3. Select Symptom category "Display".

Step 4. Describe the problem in details and SEND.
