Hello yihui. I am Pradeep from Samsung.

Hi Pradeep. I spent a couple of hours on the phone and in person at the service center at Plaza Singapura. The manager didn't even want to touch my phone. He simply said that Samsung headquarters can only replace s20 screens but no instructions given for note 20 ultra screens. My screen started showing green line after software update. It's been well taken care off though it's almost 2 years old. If this happened when I dropped it or left it in water or abused it then I can accept it as wear and tear. Because the note 20 the same product line as s20 it is probably having the same issue throughout. Why are we not given the same repair service? We spent more than 1k expecting this phone to last it's entire product cycle. With this incident I have no confidence in getting a new flagship.
