Note 20 ultra Vertical Green Line

Yes. I am also facing the same issue. I see 2 vertical green lines in my Note 20 ultra.

Is anyone able to advise us on how to get samsung's attention on this? Can we contact consumer association?

Most of us were rejected during the conversation with the hotline staff. To resolve this we have to fork out the repair cost to samsung which is ridiculous 🙄

I received Samsung call backs for my case. All of them kept going back to the out of warranty narrative.

Samsung did not even want to take in my phone to investigate... I told them, I am not begging for goodwill but if Samsung is not even willing to put in genuine efforts to investigate something is not right. Effectively speaking, this means should Samsung pushes down a firmware update that damages your out of warranty phone... you are screwed.

The galaxy s20 series was entertained because it had traction on social media and YouTube. Hope some YouTube channel get hold of this story and do their private investigation.

Luckily this unfortunate event happened before I was about to place a pre-order on s23 Ultra.

I have one green verticle line appeared on 20 sep 2022, I searched help online but failed. Yesterday the 5th line appeared..

It is troublesome when ppl scanning QR or 1D barcode on my phone.

Did anyone manage to get FOC for Note 20 ultra green line issue. I faced the same situation like you all and samsung is giving the same unsatisfied explanation.

Green line appeared on my Note 20 Ultra today. Online Chat agent asked me to re-start in Safe Mode. No use. Then ask me to go Service Centre. Got use?

Im having same issues here. The line will be multiple in certain time and get permanently. Now got 10 line on my screen. Right away after 1 year warranty already expired. If Samsung do this the same, i will bet Samsung company will crash! I already use note 2, note 5 and now note 20ultra.
