As suggested, have you tried blowing hard and sudden on your device's USB port hole, and via the Mic hole? We also suggest you to check if your device's software is up to date (receive updates faster by installing Samsung Smart Switch on your laptop/pc), also try clearing out your data cache then rebooting your device.
