i am not seeing any problem from the screenshot, so perhaps its a hardware problem that can only be seen on ur side

I have the same problem, i guess is the technical design faulty, when u approach samsung, they seems that aware this common problem and ask u to pay RM8++ for repair. Let together to share the experience, and if u have the solution pls share and help other note 9 users

i think more than 10 people had open similar thread bout this issue on Note 9 since last month... 

dont worry, is a global issue, if you search on google then you would had found more than thousands of complain on this matter...

my fone skrin become greenish grain after april2020 update. it was just 1yr2months set with minimal usage for business purpose. i managed to make screen readable by turning off adaptive brightness but screen still have black lines and washed out , flickering screen. upon checking in google, it seems the update screw up the hardware causing permanent damage to the screen.  still waiting for any announcement before taking next step of action
