My Note 9 was perfect and after some update the screen discoloration started and its been there forever. The screen gives yellowish/greenish lines which is very frustrating. I can see that this issue is being faced by many members in the community but Samsung is not addressing them. I feel so helpless.
Unfortunately my phone fell after a few weeks and there was a crack. Samsung got an escape route to blame the screen damage and the only option that I am getting is to replace the screen instead of addressing the issue.
I donot want to spend 400 bucks for a minor crack and I know that this issue is existing before the phone damage. I know for a fact that the discoloration existed before any damage but no one wants to believe me.
WHAT DO I DO??????
The temporary fixes that I have heard is to keep the Always On display activated and then turn on the phone when you see the clock but they work like 1 in 50 times.
