Hi,

I have a note 9 and its been great so far, But just an hour ago I picked it up from my wireless charger and unlcoked it to find that the screen is totally dull/de-colored a little and has lines all over.

I tried to restart, tried shut down and start again. Did app preferences reset but nothing seems to bring back the original display pixels.

what to do???

Hi @Jsharma, the best course of action would be to send it in to your nearest service centre for assessment. To find your closest service centre and book an appointment, click here: https://www.samsung.com/au/support/your-service/main

Best to have it booked in for service. How long ago was it purchased?

I would have to say bad news. if you are lucky and if the phone is under warranty, they will help you. I have faced this issue since a long time. my phone was perfect and after some update the screen discoloration started and its been there forever. unfortunately my phone fell after a few weeks and there was a crack. Samsung got a reason to blame the screen damage and started asking money to replace the screen instead of addressing the issue.

Let me know how if your issue gets fixed.

The temporary fixes that I have  heard is to keep the Always On display activated and then turn on the phone when you see the clock.
