I have been facing this issue since last year, but I resolved with the band selection as above link. Now the band selection no more working, my phone face the issue back again. Anyone has any idea to resolve?

Have you tried to reset your network settings ?

Settings > reset > reset network settings

If the problem still persist, try to give a call to Unifi support line. If not mistaken, similar issue happened to other Samsung member earlier and problem was solved after he called his network provider.

After many rounds of chat and emails correspondence, and few rounds of network reset, finally it works as normal.

Have you installed the network profile given by Unifi rep?
