Galaxy NoteHi @lordplatinum, thanks for reaching out and that is certainly unusual! Would you be able to provide screenshots or describe further what is happening when your Note20 Ultra switches off videos or is reading the screen?

Galaxy NoteI will wait for the error to occur again, take a screenshot, and take it to the local Samsung store to get it looked at (sorry, I'm not a believer in remote access!).
On another issue, some weeks ago I posted a query in this community regarding a system change being introduced by Apple for phones and pads which would see users having the ability to block ads (see the links posted) I want to know if Samsung will do likewise? My next phone could be an Apple after many years with Samsung!!!

Galaxy NoteHi @lordplatinum, we will have to look into this. At the moment, you cannot opt out of ads on our devices, though you can turn off personalized ads.
To turn off personalized ads you can go to the privacy settings menu in each application or you can go to the settings menu at the device level:
-Settings > Privacy > Ads > Opt out of Ads Personalization
