I transferred my notes from a Galaxy 5 Note to a Galaxy 20 Note. All notes were visible for several months. Now the notes which are entered in text do not show up and I can only see a white page. I emailed those notes to myself and luckily they did show up in the email. Brand new text notes are visible. I assume the one of the updates caused a glitch in these notes.

Accidently found this solution. Open the note which shows no text. Using the stylus, tap on the note once, then tap on the 3 dot dots in the upper right corner. Tap on background color,  and tap on a specific color. Tap again on the note and the text now shows up. Save the note as you normally would.

Hi @Notetech, thanks for bringing this to our attention. I am glad to hear you were able to retrieve your notes.

In the future, I suggest sending an error report within 2-3 minutes of an issue occurring via the Samsung Members app for this to be investigated. Error reports are sent to our team to identify any deviations in your device performance, once analysed, our team will get back to you with a response to advise further.

To send an error report:

Samsung Members > Get help > Error reports > select issue category > describe issue and frequency > Tick ‘send system log data’ > Send in top right.
