Notification sound with no notification

Hello please help,

I have a samsung note 8 thats updated to the latest updates and i have trouble with my notification sound.

At 12:31 am and pm my notification  sound plays at the maximum level even when i have the sound turned off, there is also no notification shown in the drop down menu or when i go into notification settings....is there an app thats doing this or a problem with my phone and how do i fix it?

Hi @Tantie2011, that's strange. Please try the following steps and let me know how you go:

Settings > Sounds and vibration > Volume > Check if your 'Notifications' bar is on high and adjust accordingly.
