ONE UI 2.1 UPDATE_CAMERA QUALITY

I'm using Samsung Galaxy Note 9 and after the One UI 2.1 update, the camera quality of my phone becomes a grainy pixel. I updated it because they brought back the Pro Video mode, its camera features and quality are one of the best things in Note 9 but now I regret it. Is there a way to fix it?

Yeah there is a way but i don't know what is that way to fix that issue. You can downgrade your phone but it is too risky.
