Samsung is notorious on giving the lastest patch update.. If Trump didn't include Huawei in their entity list, I will absolutely buy Huawei phone right now and ditch this inferior Exynos SoC..

Depends on the model and schedule of updates. I also had updates that were ahead of other countries.
