OTA error

Been having problems with my OTA updates since shifting to oneui3 and android 13. Now it always says "Couldnt Download Update" using wifi or cellular. 

Has anyone encountere this as well?

I'm sorry, but you mentioned Android 13? and would you be able to share what exactly is the error message? sometimes it might be the connection to the servers.

Android 13 isn't out yet, even Android 12 is still in the works

apologies. my mistake indeed i was referring to 11.

mixed up 3.0 ui and 11. sorry guys.

so i did the last option which was to reset my note20 ultra to factory. restore settings and data and its aleady working 😪
