Sorry i have to write a new post everytime as i can not reply to the message thread (server error, try again later always pop up) but no error encountered when writing and posting a new community post....

Further to my earlier post, even after reconnecting the S Pen via SPEN RESET it will automatically disconnect in less than a minute or so...(make time and observe closely)

Would like to call on all note 10 plus user who have the same issue with s pen to report it to samsung so they can look into the matter...just posting it here in the community will not suffice. Actually, noticed that i am the one who posted a real update about the issue. It could be a factory defect which only manifest after several months after u bought and use the unit....an S Pen recall could be possible and have it replaced.... no reaction from samsungPH about the posts i read as early as dec2020...either they dont read it or ignored the issue...

Others might have reported it to samsung but didnt bother or have the time to share the info...

hello... any update on this concern?
i already tried reporting it here in members but they just keep reiterating to bring it to service center which will cause us money since most of us who's experiencing the issue are out of warranty. :(

I'm still in warranty when this happens, but I didnt know that it's only 6 months.

i have the same problem with my note 10 pkus Spen... I tried to reset the general settings and the Spen reset but nothing works. Before i can live chat with Samsung PH but after indicating the problem with the Spen I can't connect now with the support live chat it says only email ...

already called Samsung PH and thet just said wait for the next software update... This problem should be reported to Samsung...

i brought mine to samsung service ctr last monday. they tried to connect a brand new S pen to my phone and it works well but they didnt even bother to check on my S pen. they advice me to buy a new s pen instead. hopefully software update will fix the issue. btw, i didnt bother to buy a new S pen (Php2,500). i can still use my spen for writing except for air actions

yes... 2,500 is to much to replaced s pen... they should take action regarding the problem. It's an expensive phone to have problem like Spen connectivity. 😷🤭

true...the same issue has been posted here in samsung community as early as dec last year but no update nor action from samsung....SIGH
