So, its 2pm here in Sydney, I have just updated my firmware on my Samsung Note20 device to the new android 13 version, and I was going to casually enter my password into my device and go on about my day. However, much to my surprise my password that I had usually used no longer worked, and after many attempts I am at a complete loss as to how to go about this situation without resorting to using a factory reset. Any help would be appreciated and good day.

Try logging in on the Samsung website on PC and see what you can do from there

Hello @pizzerman

I am sorry to hear you are having an issue with your phone. If it’s the lock screen password that you’re having trouble with?

If so then I recommend you login to your Samsung account that linked to your device, through another device. Your phone must be connected through Wi-Fi or mobile data and Remote unlock must have been turned on, on your phone from before. If not, you will have to factory reset the device.

Kind regards,
