phone is heating up

I've noticed that my note 10+ is heating up when I use it in anyway. My phone is always connected to home internet. Any advise?

its normal for our phone to heat up when in use. but if it heats up too much. check the app running in the background. restarting your phone would also help clear those running in the background. if issue persist may want to contact tech support. just to be safe.
