Galaxy Note
I recently bought a Note 10 plus 5G (Korean Version), at first it was all good the network was working fine, but since the software udpate the phone service is not working anymore. I tried rebooting, and even do the worse factory reset the phone but still nothing works. Has anyone encountered the same issue? I can no longer receive messages or make a phone call. Please help.

Hey there Jerena. Have you gotten with you service provider yet? It's good to check with them first before we say that the issue is coming from your Note. 🙂
