Galaxy Note
I have a Note 20 Ultra and I noticed when I zoomed in, the photo seems like to have a flare or white layer that affects the quality of the photo. I am not talking about the sharpness. See the difference of the second photo.

This photo was taken with normal mode/lens, with no zoom.
See? There is this white layer something making the photo dull.

Have you physically checked the Zoom lens? I experience this as well when switching lenses when one of them has smudges or is dirty

Hey there, vispoceae! Just like what Jamapeee said, it's best that you always check your camera lenses! Your device uses a different camera lens when zooming in, so that might be what's causing the dull look. Do let us know!

try at different angles using your zoom lens, because it might be the glare from the direct light source creating that white vignetting
