Oh yeah so do I. I submitted a software report. I've searched the internet and haven't come across a fix as yet. I read on Sammobile that the note 10 plus will no longer be receiving frequent updates. If it is a software issue it doesn't look like it'll be addressed soon. Not very enticing to buy another Samsung product for me to be honest after this experience. I don't want to go through a repair either where I won't be provided with a courtesy phone.
Having the exact same issue for a while now. I have just come to terms with not being able to use air actions. Very disappointing. It's like Samsung don't care about their Note range. Left neglected, S Pens failing with not a single fix in sight. Samsung is becoming as bad as Apple in terms of fixes for issues on older phones.
I'm told the issue is hardware related from the logs that I've sent. It's a bit disappointing as I bought the phone outright from the Samsung store. In the middle of the lockdown I had to get my phone repaired as when I plugged the cable in it wasn't charging. I believe the battery was repaired. I'm wondering whether this is a symptom of the same hardware component. I honestly don't use air actions all that much to be honest so I'm in no rush to get it repaired. But it does make me wonder what percentage of people gave experienced this issue.
I am having the same "cannot connect S pen" problem. Note 10+5G. After all the months the previous posters, I don't think Samsung cares about fixing this problem. 🤬
