do you use screen protector or tempered glass? Try to check your S-pen status by going to Samsung members > get help (lower mid button) > interactive checks > S Pen. Hope this will help the status of your phone or the pen.
Oh, maybe try to contact the tech support first or if you're done that, and if it involves money, worst option would be to reset your unit. Samsung maybe didn't see this issue coming. 😔
