Samsung Call Recording Enabled!

Call Recording for my old Samsung Note 9 is enabled without root or touch firmware.

This recording function been hidden by Samsung for different country (e.g. Malaysia). 

However, the call ID/spam features been removed after the process, but the function can be restored with Caller ID App.

I change the CSC code of the phone to enable the call recording feature. The whole process requires technical and computer knowledge, and risk of data lost. Please consult technical person if you wish to have it. Warranty will be voided if you do so. For me, my Note 9 no longer has warranty, so it's fine.

Exactly, this is due to the laws and policy at different countries, they hide it, not remove.

Bro, how you enabled this setting?

I use program called "Samfw" to modify phone's CRC code to another country which the call recording feature is not hidden. But this will void warranty. I did this to my old Note 9, since the warranty is over.

got details of how to get Samfw and steps to do this?
If after modified the CRC code, other Samsung features will affected, like Samsung Pay.

You can watch YouTube. A lot of video. So far I have no issue with CRC code of Vietnam. The call recording and SPay/Wallet works fine. But Call ID / Spam function is hidden, this is okay, can install app for it.
