After dealing with a software broken samsung note 10 that costany freezes since the first android 12 update in January I am looking for people willing to join a class action to sue samsung for distributing broken software to their flagship phones this is unacceptable behaviour for any company and samsung should refund all customers they have broken the phones of with bad software updates and to the samsung bot that replys yes i have sent bug report cleared cache and factory restet the phone and yes it ran fine on android 11.

Im sorry that you are having similar issues. I suggest sending an error report within 2-3 minutes of the issue occurring for this to be investigated by our research and development team. Error reports assist with identifying any deviations in your device performance. Once analysed, our team will get back to you with a response to advise further steps.

To send an error report:
Samsung Members app > Support > Error reports > select issue category > Describe issue and frequency > Tick ‘Send system log data’ > ‘Send’ in top right.

Dear Samsung, this update happens as advised above, I had to stop at the nearest phone repair shop in the country and get them to unblock it from the loop it was in after your faulty update froze my phone. After he finished getting it open and doing a factory reset Iost over 12 months of my life. I was able to download enough apps especially my booking.com and fair fuel apps do we could continue our road trip. This cost $45, I have a receipt so how do I claim this back from samsung?

I called the Samsung help line and spoke to a very rude tech named Jo (really) and said I needed to take my phone some days time 50kls away and leave it to be checked. Hello.. we paid a tech back on the 16th January while on a country road trip to open it after being caught in a boot mode. How bad is bad is samsung technical support. Promised to send us a reference number... zip... nothing some 1 hour later... the whole thing is a smoke screen to hide their culpability... class action well overdue. Who's with us?

Speak of updates breaking phones, it just happened with my s22ultra. I did the latest update and now my phone only works on wifi and drops cellular every 2 mins lol
