Samsung Note 20 ultra - green line display

There is a green line appear on my Samsung note 20.... this is (was) samsung flagship phones. Why is this happening to an expensive phone in less than 3 years ? I didnt drop d phone... no spill in water... i was just loving every bits of this phone and here its .... does any one here knows how to get this process with Samsung Malaysia under warranty repair ? Or do i need to spent rm1000 to get it replaced 🤔?

Samsung was doing warranty on Green Lines appearing on one of the S series phones.

Not sure if it also included the Note Series as well.

Usually indicates screen hardware failure.

The green line arises from hardware degradation in the AMOLED panel, (like voltage or pixel circuit issues) not necessarily from drops or water or direct physical damage

Best to visit a Samsung Malaysia Service Centre in any case - some countries have offered free replacements, so best to reconfirm directly

Thanks alejcho.... i know for Australia, Samsung takes it pretty serious and they will look into the matter. If its genuinely not the user fault, they will replace d screen/display.... not sure about Malaysia Samsung. But thank you....
