Anyone have a fix wiwithout losing all of the notes?

Is the app updated to the latest version? Also, have you tried clearing the app cache?

Long press the Samsung Note icon > press the i on top right > Storage > Clear Cache

*do not click Clear Data if you do not have backup or sync enabled

Migrate to OneNote and the problems will not occur.
