As for your concern, the Android 12 is set to officially roll out by the end of this year. Flagship devices are said to go first, then down to the mid-range ones. May we know what Galaxy device are you currently using? 😀
One UI 4 is now on Beta 4 with expected release sometime in the first quarter of 2022 (or possibly by the end of the year). The update usually starts with recent releases, then flagship phones, and then select midrange units. They usually post the eligibility somewhere online and also here on the app when launch date is near.
