Samsung Weather Widget always shows same forecast. It is stuck.

The Samsung weather widget on my Samsung Note 10+ always shows a storm forecast (on the left of the Temperature) no matter which location is selected.

I have cleared the cache and data but that does not help. This is the same on all three of the widgets available.

Restarting the phone does not help and neither does powering off then back on.

The Samsung Weather app shows correct forecast.

That's odd! Have you removed the widget and then re-added it back on? 

If this doesn't help with the issue, I would suggest checking your device in Safe Mode. To do this,  please see the guide here: https://www.samsung.com/au/support/mobile-devices/using-safe-mode/

If it doesn't show a storm forecast in Safe Mode, this would suggest that a third-party app is causing this issue and you would have to identify the app and remove it to fix this.

If your Note 10+ still shows a storm forecast in Safe Mode,  I would suggest sending an error report so that our team can look into this remotely.
