Screen Discoloration Note 9 issue

I'am also having this kind of issue that makes my screen turns into greenish and it has lines on it. It suddenly appears when I unlocked my phone.. this thing happened last month but it just goes away, then, now it appears again but today it doesn't go off. I searched this kind of issue and I'm not the only one having this. When you set your brightness to 30-50% the screen discoloration appears and also it has vertical lines on it. I really hope samsung fix this not the way sending us to service center and paying the price for what we not did... Also my note 9 did not fall or have no any physical damage that trigger this issue. Thanks, I hope samsung fix this.

I having the same issue on my note9. The screen suddenly turned green with lines and colors appear pale and text are barely readable. Same thing the unit was not dropped or damaged physically. If this is really a software issue..Has Samsung provided a fix??

no, they did not provide a fix yet. we are also still waiting to get a descent respond from them since they always ignore us.

I hope it does not take intervention from DTI for Samsung to address these issues.

I'm having the same issue not only in note 9 but also with my S10+ . I have June Security update already but still no fix

i also experiencing the same staring July 1, 2020. My Note 9 starting to greenish prior to update. Unpon installation of update problem was not solve

Big Thanks to Samsung Service Center in Megamall. My Note 9 suffered from green screen in early June. I sent it to Globe Gadget Care, Globe Customer care and Service center in Moa. All of them denied my claim and said I have to pay 15k to replace the LCD. Went to Samsung Megamall, decided to have it repair and pay for it. To my surprise the Samsung team advised me that they will replace the lcd and battery FREE of charge. I left my phone on Tuesday and got it back Friday..good as new!! not bad for a phone that is almost 2 years old. THANKS Samsung!!!!
