Hi, My screen appears 2 horizontal green line, anyone know how much it cost to change the screen of note 20 ultra?

Hi there. Now samsung has promotion to replace new LCD for those affected by green line. You just need to pay for labor cost around RM90+. This promotion until this Sept. After the promotion, maybe it will cost you around rm900++. I've been in the same situation last July 😉 Thank god they got this promotion or else 💸

Sorry, i dont have. But based on comments from other article in this community, this promotion only available for flagship Samsung. From S20 to latest (except S22 range and any FE series. Dont know why. Can contact any Customer Centre branch for confirmation). Im not sure for Zflip series and Fold series.

Samsung Malaysia, i think you dont appreaciate your loyal customers, the promotion to replace the faulty screen caused by your updates should extend till all problem solve, do you expect users to fork out rm900 to replace faulty screen caused by the updates?
