Got a new phone sent out due to my one just not turning on. Had it 2 weeks and since the latest update the screen jumps/ glitches..  

Is this a update thing or shall I take it back to Vodafone

Some troubleshooting steps suggested were: 

1. Settings > Device Care > Memory > Clean up now. 

2. Settings > Device care > Storage > Clear cache

3. Close background apps.

If these do not work, I suggest sending an error report via the Samsung Members app for this to be investigated. Error reports are sent to our team to identify any deviations in your device performance, once analysed, our team will get back to you with a response to advise further. 

To send an error report:

Samsung Members > Get help > Error reports > select issue category > describe issue and frequency > Tick ‘send system log data’ > Send in top right.
