Screen not turn on

hi everybody, im so sad because my phone did not turn on while receiving notification. I already set form edge light when screen off but why it still not function ? hmmm

proceed with 'Reset setting' at the device: Navigate to 'Settings' > Tap on 'General management' > Tap on 'Reset' > Tap on 'Reset settings'. For reset setting no worries reset setting will not lose the data but the setting applications will default. The reset will affect the ringtone, wallpaper, and the customs setting at the device

i already enable that allow all application to receive notification
