Don't quite follow your post. Can you elaborate further. Generally, if it's a hardware problem & if u want a genuine service quality parts then you would need to go to a Samsung Service Centre instead of getting fix by a third party, unless it's a proven trusted customer service to u.
Btw, u are still using Note 10 right, if so would suggest to change to a newer smartphone once there is no more security updates provided anymore. Security vulnerabilities is worsening with connected devices on the Internet these days. The good news today is that even a low-end or mid-end smartphones are really good unlike the old days. Some of these smartphones from the China manufacturers are really that good. After all, competition is good for the consumers.

Yes , he bought this Samsung model in other dealer distributor in Malaysia. And for company users trough ,internal marketing purposes between. He do not come to us in this community that's why the problems he did not tell me . Sorry for this update 💜 take time to respond. Btw thank you for reminding . Try to compare the price first between Samsung official repair center and also authorized mobile repair shop. If the price gap is not far, is good to go to Samsung center. If you don't mind the price, go direct to Samsung.

The only reason to go to an authorized repair shop is because their price is cheaper and the phone is kinda old already. If the repair price is worth for a new device, suggest to get a new one which is more worthy.

** Always ask about the cost, warranty after repair, benefits and differences between and authorized repair shop vs Samsung official.

Sebab kami tahu warranty from SamsungLtd. Authorised dealer distributor. Untuk kos baik pulih kami dah ada banyak pengalaman . Kos repair lagi mahal dari kos beli yang baru . Pengalaman paling saya tidak boleh lupa screen retak seribu jatuh dari atas riba meluncur ke atas parking kereta . Time tu banyak habiskan duit untuk kos repair. So connection saya dengan SamsungLtd dah terlalu lama . Dari Samsung model lama lagi . Pengalaman itu mendewasakan . Sebab itu saya setia lagi dengan Samsung
