Galaxy Note
I've got my Note 20 Ultra 5G as a phone plan from SMART and eventually after 3 months after UI 3.1 update it broke (black screen of death - no display).

I brought it right away to the nearest Samsung SC for them to check since it was still under 1 year warranty (and duh, flagship phone malfunctioning in less than a year, WHY SAMSUNG???) and they informed me that it was a faulty LCD and need replacement and repair. Luckily that time, no available parts yet and they opt to replace my phone with a same brand new unit which is a good thing, because who wants a new expensive phone to be repaired in less than a year losing all its IP ratings and stuff (and take note, not your fault - its a defect). After 2.5 weeks, I received the unit replacement and luckily again upon checking it is OPENLINE, yey! Good thing I brought it to SAMSUNG SC directly and not to SMART. ;)
