How to update android 13?someone please help me

Go to your device settings and find their software update. If update available on your phone then you can update your phone.

Just simply go to setting, click that software update then download and install, if there is an update you can download it. It none, you'll need to wait. Sometimes there will be a pop up notifications if there is an update.

based on the forum you've chosen; Galaxy Note, I believe you are a Galaxy Note owner.

the last eligible Galaxy Note to receive Android 13 with OneUI 5.0 is the Galaxy Note 20/Note 20 Ultra as promised by Samsung to give them 3 years of major Android updates support.

As scheduled, these model will receive the A13/OneUI5.0 this month, the latest 31 december 2022 11.59pm 🙂
