Andriod 10 for Malaysian sets is out since Dec 24th evening. You can check it via software update under settings and download it.

May I know where you got this news as official android 10 with UI2.0 only deployed to users since last week.

My Note 10+ got Andriod Q update with one UI 2.0 on 24th morning. So the news that I mentioned is based on my own experience.
