Alarm sound

Why is my alarm sound so low. I have settings turned up high. When it goes off the sound is back to low.

Hi @Mel_A, you can adjust other volume settings by:

Settings > Sounds and vibration > Volume. 

Are you using the Clock app to set the alarm?

Yes I am using the clock app and I go to main settings it says all volume is up to the highest as well as in the clock app. I am using a S20Fe

Thanks for clarifying @Mel_A. I suggest clearing the app cache and trying again. 

To do this:

Tap and hold Clock app > App info > Storage > Clear cache

Also I have seen when the phone is silent the alarm tone is off. This is really odd this was not the case in iPhone. Your alarm should give you a shout even the phone is in silent mode.

Hi @Sammyaus, this is true for Samsung phones as well.

My previous phone S9 the alarm went fine even when the main volume was on vibrate.
