Allow location access for camera all the time

Just curious if you can change the permissions for the camera to use the location at all times rather than when using the camera?

Have gone through the permissions but unable to change it to allow location access all the time.

Not really, coz the app is only meant to access location info while taking photos/ videos and giving it full access would mean it could run in the background eating up your battery.
