Galaxy SHi
Has any experienced issues with Android Auto since Android 13 was installed. I havd had a few issues on both new S21 and S22 Ultra phones in 2 Mazda Infotainment systems installed in our CX30 and BT50.
1. Unable to move curser and select on my Android Auto system. This has now been. Resolved.
2. When using Android Auto, Google Assistant not responding to Hey Google. This has been reported to Sansung support with logs. The problem has been identified but is yet to be fixed.
All was working perfectly using Android 12.
Seems Samsung pushes out these major Android updates but doesn't take responsibility for any failures or incompatibility with their phones.

@Grego1 It would appear that Google has a range of issues to solve for Android Auto.

Edit: @Peter1961 this is a documented issue with Android 13, even Google's own devices are not immune.
