I'm sorry to hear this issue continues to occur.
The log file attached to a previous error report is currently with our research and development team to be analysed. As this has been with our R&D team for longer than expected, I have contacted the engineer and requested for your case to be reviewed as a priority. Once they have concluded the analysis of the log files, we will be in touch again to let you know the outcome.
