Android auto not working with my Galaxy s23 ultra

Hey guys ever since I upgraded too the galaxy s23 ultra I'm having trouble connecting too android auto on my sony xav-ax3000 head unit everytime I plug it in my car is says "usb device not recognised" does anyone have any solutions too fix this problem?

Hey everyone I managed too fix and get android auto working on my s23 ultra, I had too clear cache and data and disable and enable the app

I've tried getting a new cable and starting all over again but it's still not working

Double check the type of cable. Google "android auto usb device not working" for additional suggestions.

Since S22 series, Android Auto is having connectivity issues but depends on car model.

Thanks for reaching out. I suggest sending an error report within 2-3 minutes of the issue occurring for this to be investigated by our research and development team. Error reports assist with identifying any deviations in your device performance. Once analysed, our team will get back to you with a response to advise further steps.

To send an error report:
Samsung Members app > Support > Error reports > select issue category > Describe issue and frequency > Tick ‘Send system log data’ > ‘Send’ in top right.
