Hi, I own a Samsung S20 and when I use Android Auto after playing a few songs the current playing song information freezes. The next song will start but the previous song information and album art is still stuck on the screen.
Samsung blames Google and Google does nothing so I'm hoping actually users can fix my issue.
Clearing data and cache doesn't work and I've tried 5 different USB cables and even a factory reset but nothing works.
Hi @Optima, thanks for the follow up details, glad to hear you've got it working again! If possible, would you be able to send us an error report via the Samsung Members app so that we can investigate this?
To do so,
Samsung Members app > Get Help > Error Report > System > Description of what you've noticed as mentioned above > Tick 'send log data > Send.
