I also have the same problem...tried all your suggestions but still my phone keeps restarting by itself. I'm using A50s. Hope Samsung could find a solution on this issue.

Thanks for this guys! I tried to do the safemode option earlier and I deleted the suspected apps that might affect the phone performance and as of now it is not restarting automatically. Hope this will continue. *finger crossed* 🤞
