Can anyone help resolve the issue with the Samsung email app and bigpond . Telstra are being useless and saying the issue is resolved when it's not. I cannot set up my bigpond account in the app. Was working fine for 2 years until the outage.

I have the same issue with bigpond's email and telstra are saying it is a Samsung issue.
