Hi I have a s21 fe and having Bluetooth connection issues, and I cannot clear the cache on my Bluetooth 13 as per the instructions. I have reset the network settings as per Samsungs instructions but still the same. The settings in Bluetooth 13 are grayed out and anything I do won’t open the settings, Any help would be appreciated. I live in Victoria australia.

To send an error report: Samsung Members app > Support > Error reports > select issue category > Describe issue and frequency > Tick ‘Send system log data’ > ‘Send’ in top right.
