Android Auto not connecting

I have Galaxy s24 ultra, purchased it from China. It has Hongkong firmware, 

I tried to connect to my car's android auto both via Bluetooth and cable. Both doesn't work. Spend so long, still don't know what's wrong. I'm in Australia, maybe a firmware issue. 

I used all the methods chatgpt mentioned, called the samsung helpline, they also dont know.

The app wasn't installed. I dod it from Google play store. Can't open it from connected device as well.

I believe Chinese origin phones do not come with Google play services. These can be installed (via 3rd party), however may not be stable as if it was installed from factory.

I'm guessing this is why AA is not working for you.

There maybe be Chinese equivalent APs for the Goggle APs.
