hey I've recently just purchased the SAMSUNG S24 FE and I can't connect to bluetooth on my laptop or in my car. Laptop is a HP  15s-eq2xxx with ryzen (bought over 6 months ago) - says paired with my phone device but then says while paired "not connected". My car is quite old, a mazda 2 and when I try to pair both the phone and car both devices can't find each other. I paired some wireless headphones which seemed to work. I have looked online for everything, reset my bluetooth settings, unpaired and paired again, disabled android auto and enabled again, checked software updates. Has anyone else had this problem or similar and can help? Much appreciated!

1. For older vehicles the car may be using an older version of bluetooth. Later versions of bluetooth are supposed to be backwards compatible but I have had an older, much older, headset that wasn't compatible.
2. To check android auto use Wikipedia but subject to being corrected there are two versions of android auto but my recollection is that the app version is no longer supported but the one installed in vehicles is.
3. For laptop to Samsung there are several ways to do this, look at

Also look at your manual which you can download It is worth reading your manual to know what your particular device can do before going through the options identified in other searches. I don't know the solution to your particular problem so I suggest two Google searches.one "connect Samsung phone to computer" to see several options and two add "via blutooth" for a more specific response.
